Welcome to the Government of Nunavut’s Dental Services, where you can access dental care, service schedules, information on clinics at school and health centre locations, oral health resources, and updates to help keep your family’s oral health strong.

Dental Services Across 25 Nunavut Communities

Dental operates in 35 dental clinics located in schools and health centres throughout Nunavut communities. 

Services include general, emergency, and specialty dental care, along with free oral hygiene supplies for children enrolled in the Nunavut Children’s Oral Health Program.

Oral Health Promotion Program

Provides outreach and education across Nunavut. For more information, contact: 867-975-5902.

Nunavut Children’s Oral Health Program

During fall and winter clinics, children 12 and under can benefit from dental screenings, fluoride varnish, and extractions.

The Oral Health Program provides clinical dental services across Nunavut to select communities during the Fall and Winter.

We ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment.

Enrol into the Oral Health Program

Nunavut children under 13 enrolled into the program have access to free oral health services, supplies and resources.

Download and complete a Consent for Screening form. Return to your dental clinic at a school or health centre location.
