Career Development researches, develops and implements a coordinated plan for career and labour market training programs.

Corporate Management

Corporate Management provides overall management support to the department and advice to the Minister under the direction of the Deputy Minister.

Family Wellness

The Family Wellness Division provides a range of support services for children and vulnerable adults who may require protection or other specialized support.

Income Assistance

Income Assistance Division assist Nunavummiut in achieving their goals for independence and self-reliance.

Poverty Reduction

The Poverty Reduction division provides

advocating for policy and program
changes that better support
Nunavummiut experiencing poverty.
