If your licence is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can get a replacement from any Motor Vehicle service office.

How to replace a Nunavut driver's licence

To replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Nunavut driver's licence, visit your local Motor Vehicle service provider with the following documentation:

You will need to provide valid proof of identification to replace your driver's licence.

Completed forms can be submitted to your local Motor Vehicle office for processing.
