Dr. Michael Patterson, Nunavut’s Chief Public Health Officer is announcing that as of February 28 schools in Cambridge Bay can open to 100 per cent capacity, and to 50 per cent capacity in Taloyoak.
Dr. Michael Patterson, Nunavut’s Chief Public Health Officer, is announcing that as of March 14 school capacity in Gjoa Haven and Taloyoak will increase to 100 per cent.
The Department of Health is advising residents of Taloyoak that regular health services will resume at the new Taloyoak Health Centre on September 19, 2022.
As work to clean up the fuel spill at the Taloyoak Health Centre continues, the Department of Health has moved all health services to the old health centre until further notice.
