Public feedback for proposed changes to NuBrew’s liquor licence

The Nunavut Brewing Company Ltd. (NuBrew) has applied to the Nunavut Liquor and Cannabis Board (NLCB) to change their liquor licence from a Brew Pub licence to a Cocktail Lounge licence. The NLCB is looking to collect public feedback about this proposed change.

If NuBrew was granted a Cocktail Lounge licence, they could start serving wine and spirits. Currently, NuBrew can only serve the beer they manufacture.

Do you have any feedback or comments about this proposed change? The NLCB wants to hear from you!

Please send any comments and feedback to Edith Sweetwater, the Executive Secretary of the NLCB, at @email or call 867-975-6807. The deadline to submit feedback is Monday, August 23, 2021.
