Parks Day 2015 at Sylvia Grinnell Territorial Park

Nunavut will celebrate Parks Day at Sylvia Grinnell Territorial Park on Saturday July 18, 2015. The Department of Environment invites you to join the celebrations including music, activities and a barbecue starting at 11 a.m. Free shuttle buses will be available between Iqaluit and the park. The schedule of events and bus schedule are available at env.gov.nu.ca.

All across the country, Canadians celebrate federal, provincial and territorial parks in July. This is the perfect time to spend a day exploring and enjoying all that Nunavut’s outstanding parks have to offer.
