Earth Day: Home Edition

Looking for ways to keep yourselves occupied at home for Earth Day? The Government of Nunavut is offering a variety of activities you can do anywhere!

  • Want to learn more about your carbon footprint and improve your on-the-land skills? Take the Tukisigiaqta quiz on the Nunavut Climate Change Centre website.
  • Interested in hunting but don't know where to start? You can gain a lot of basic knowledge with the Nunavut Online Hunter Education Course on the Department of Environment website.
  • Want to be ready to hunt seal in the summer? Watch the video – Hunting Seal in the Summer and you’ll be getting advice from experienced hunters.
