Call for Proposals – Independent Science Programs for Youth Fund

The Department of Economic Development and Transportation (EDT) is accepting applications for the Independent Science Programs for Youth (I-SPY) Fund.

The I-SPY Fund aims to support initiatives that:

  • Engage Nunavut students in hands-on science learning opportunities.
  • Generate an interest in science among students.
  • Promote careers in science and technology.
  • Highlight examples of science research and projects taking place in Nunavut.

Eligible organizations could receive up to $5,000 to create and administer science-based extra-curricular programming for youth in Nunavut.

The deadline for applications is June 30, 2021.
