When do I renew my General Identification Card?

A General Identification Card is valid for 5 years, after which must be renewed.

How do I renew my Identification?

To submit a renewal for a General Identification Card, please complete the form below and submit it to [email protected] or your local Motor Vehicles Office.

Individuals under 18 will require a signature from a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must show two pieces of government-issued Identification.
