Qilaut Inuktut Songwriting Contest Entry Form NOTE: If you are submitting on behalf of a song-writing team, you will need to obtain the consent of each member of the song-writing team. If any members of your song-writing team are under the age of 19, these members must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent. Chances of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received, and the quality of the entries received. “By signing this form I certify that I have read the Rules of the contest and hereby agree to these Rules and agree to be bound by them. If I am selected as a winner I agree: (a) that I will be awarded a cash prize; (b) that I will be solely responsible for sharing the prize money with my song-writing team; (c) that I must and that I will sign a licensing agreement; and. (d) that following receipt of my cash prize, that I will receive no further compensation from the Government of Nunavut.”
