Copyright
Recent changes to Canada’s copyright law have provided many new benefits for teachers and students and the learning process in the classroom. The fair dealing provision in the Copyright Act permits use of a copyright-protected work without permission from the copyright owner or the payment of copyright royalties. This, however, does not mean that a teacher can make unlimited use of any copyright-protected work without permission or payment. To learn more about the Fair Dealing Guidelines click the poster or visit the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada website at: http://www.cmec.ca/139/Programs-and-Initiatives/Copyright/Overview/inde…
