The Department of Culture and Heritage is currently accepting applications for projects that promote, protect, preserve and revitalize the culture, language, arts and heritage of Nunavut.

Community-based, non-profit organizations, municipal corporations or individuals looking for financial support can apply to receive funding in these program areas:

Heritage programs – for the promotion of culture and heritage activities in Nunavut.
Elders and youth programs – support for initiatives that promote Elders and youth activities in Nunavut.
Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit – support for projects that promote Inuit Societal Values.
Official languages – language promotion, protection, and preservation.
*NEW* Public Library Facilities – support for the development and renovation of public library facilities or related equipment.

Apply today! The deadline for applications is January 31, 2023, at 5 p.m. EST.
