Traditional plant uses – guided walk in Apex

The final session of Nunavut Parks’ "Learn to" summer program will be taking place in Apex, not at Sylvia Grinnell Territorial Park.

Aalasi Joamie will be leading a guided walk, and talking about traditional Inuit uses for plants. The walk will start at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, in Rotary Park in Apex.

The walk is open to everyone, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking on the tundra.
