Pink Shirt Day 2022

Wednesday, February 23, is Pink Shirt Day and is observed each year to encourage schools and communities to take a stand against bullying by wearing pink.

This year’s theme is Ajunngittugut: Speak Up, Stand Together, Stop Bullying!

Schools and communities are encouraged to wear pink to demonstrate Inuuqatigiitsiarniq: respect and caring for each other.

By engaging in Pink Shirt Day activities, we can start conversations and take a step forward, towards helping and healing.

Thanks to those who are wearing pink in support of Pink Shirt Day.
