Kindergarten preschool health assessment 

Is your child starting kindergarten in Iqaluit in September 2015? Please call Iqaluit Public Health at 867-975-4800 to book your child’s appointment for a health assessment and immunizations to start school. 

Appointments are available on Mondays and Tuesdays from May 4 to June 2. 

A public health appointment for school screening includes dental, hearing, vision and developmental screening, along with immunizations. 

Pre-kindergarten health assessment is not the same as registering a student to attend school. Please call your school directly for student registration dates. 

Iqaluit Public Health is located in Building 1091. The phone number again is 867-975-4800.
