Gasoline Outage in Rankin Inlet

Please note that Rankin Inlet has been experiencing a gasoline outage since Sunday, November 6, 2022.

The incoming fuel shipment has arrived in Rankin Inlet. The Petroleum Products Division (PPD) of the Department of Community and Government Services (CGS) is asking residents to conserve gasoline until the transfer has been complete. Offloading will commence once weather conditions permit, and it is safe to do so.
