Fuel Price Increase, February 6, 2022

Please note that effective Sunday, February 6, 2022, retail fuel prices will increase throughout Nunavut.

The increases taking effect will include an additional:

  • +$0.08/litre, plus applicable taxes, on all diesel products.
  • +$0.08/litre, plus applicable taxes, on gasoline.
  • +$0.09/litre, plus applicable taxes, on jet fuel.

An updated fuel price list is attached. These increases reflect rising costs on world crude oil markets.

Nunavut remains one of the lowest cost jurisdictions in Canada with respect to fuel products.
