Call for nominations to the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission and Eeyou Marine Region Planning Commission

The Government of Nunavut is looking for nominations to fill its seat on the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission (NMRPC) and the Eeyou Marine Region Planning Commission (EMRPC).

The NMRPC is an Institution of Public Government with broad responsibilities for land use planning in the Nunavik Marine Region.

The EMRPC is an Institution of Public Government with broad responsibilities for land use planning in the Eeyou Marine Region.

If you are familiar with land management issues in the Nunavik Marine Region or the Eeyou Marine Region and would like to contribute to the work of the NMRPC or EMRPC, or if you would like to nominate someone else, please submit a resume and application form.

Please make sure you clearly outline which board you are applying for. The successful candidate must pass a security clearance. Please submit your resume and application to Patrick Huggins or Naomie Pudluk by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 9, 2020. Application forms are available on the Department of Environment website.
