Learn the essentials of MS Project with this 3-hour introductory course, designed to equip you with fundamental skills for setting up and managing projects effectively. Learn to navigate through various project views, set project information, adjust working times, and manage tasks including entering, creating subtasks, linking/unlinking, auto scheduling, and setting milestones. Explore the Gantt chart for a visual overview of your project timeline. Additionally, gain proficiency in managing resources by adding and assigning them to tasks, utilizing, modifying, and printing reports to keep stakeholders informed, and sharing project information for enhanced collaboration. Participants will earn the RmC Introduction to MS Project Certificate.
