Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to all staff within the Department of Culture and Heritage(C&H) and Inuit Uqausinginnik Taiguusiliuqtiit (IUT) through the effective delivery of staffing and recruitment, Inuit employment, employee orientation, performance management initiatives, training and development, employee relations, and human resources reporting.

Reporting to the Chair, Education Programs, the incumbent is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of community and campus-based teacher education programs.
