Instructor, Inuktitut Language Program

Nunavut Arctic College is a multi-campus institution designed to provide a wide range of education services to adult learners of Nunavut.

The College is seeking an individual to provide instruction in the Inuktitut Language Program. Duties will include the development, delivery and evaluation of Inuit Language courses in the program. Program delivery will be at the Nunatta Campus in Iqaluit and the incumbent may be required to teach additional courses in the Inuit Languages and Culture division as required.

Physiotherapist

Occupational Therapist

This is a Highly Sensitive Position and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, along with a clear Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

The Occupational Therapist is a registered health professional who is part of the rehabilitation team in the Department of Health and reports to the Qikiqtani Regional Rehabilitation Manager. The incumbent plans, develops, organizes, delivers and evaluates Occupational Therapy services to all populations in the Qikiqtani Region.

Audiologist

Reporting to the Qikiqtani Rehabilitation Services Manager, the Audiologist is the sole practitioner of Audiology services in the Baffin Region. The incumbent would plan, develop, organize, deliver and evaluate audiology services to all residents of the Baffin Region in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. This Audiologist will have an enormous impact on the hearing status of Baffin residents by providing specialized audiological assessment, diagnosis and intervention for individuals with hearing loss.
