Health Records Clerk

 

This employment opportunity is restricted to Nunavut Inuit residing in Iqaluit only.

Reporting to the Manager, Health Information Management, the Health Records Clerk is responsible for accurate processing, checking, indexing, filing, storage, and prompt retrieval of all patient care documentation, to support effective communication and quality care. The position maintains the health records system for Health Services, health records department, in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures, and recognized standards.
