Advanced French


Participants who demonstrate an intermediate level of French will benefit from this course. Focus will be placed on all aspects of language: oral, reading and writing. Because of the high level of fluency in French, participants will learn to use language in many spheres of work and issues. Reading will be based on elaborate texts, narrative.

Grammar will be part of text writing as well as doing written exercises, specific to certain writing skills.

Oral: 50%. Reading and writing: 50%

Pedagogy of all courses will be based on the Neurolinguistic Approach which focuses on a natural and proven way of learning language. Activities follow the sequence: oral language, reading and writing.

Prerequisite: Intermediate French

Students will be evaluated orally to determine their appropriate level of proficiency.
