Learning Objectives:

Supervisors are the liaisons between management and employees and can make or break the team’s productivity and morale. This two-day course is a great resource for those aspiring to be a leader, anyone transitioning to a supervisory role, or a refresher for those in a manager or supervisory role in the areas of effective communication, coaching skills, and conflict management.
