The Taxation Division's mission is to ensure that the Government of Nunavut's tax regime is efficient, prudent, simple and fair. Its work includes setting tax policy, forecasting tax revenues, developing tax programs, enforcing compliance with tax laws, overseeing the tax-collection system, and managing relations with the Canada Revenue Agency.
