The public is invited to attend a community BBQ hosted by the Government of Nunavut, on Friday, June 5, 2015, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Pangnirtung Hamlet Community Hall.
The event is organized to recognize and celebrate those who contributed to the successful response to the emergency situation in Pangnirtung in April 2015.
Premier Peter Taptuna, Minister of Community and Government Services Johnny Mike, and Minister responsible for Qulliq Energy Corporation Keith Peterson will be in attendance to thank community members.
