In communities that have a Government Liaison Office, they are the public’s central point of contact with our government. The Government Liaison Office ensures government programs and services are easily accessible for every Nunavummiut.
This program:
- Serves as a reliable source of information about government programs.
- Acts as delivery agent for certain government services.
- Allows for feedback to government.
- Provides coordination for collaborative initiatives between levels of government.
The division establishes and maintains active two-way communications with the public and provides easier access to programs and services.
