Learning Objectives:

Provide participants with: a greater awareness of the competencies, abilities and traits essential to leaders; an opportunity to examine their working environment and explore changing paradigms of leadership; a better understanding of their own leadership style and its impact on their present situation. The ability to influence others; new skills to enhance their leadership capacity and understanding team development, team evolution and cohesion.

Pre-Retirement - Videoconference

Participant will: Gain a better understanding of pension calculation, buy back of services, retirement timetable; Acquire comprehensive knowledge of financial issues and concepts such as tax planning, investments and insurances; Obtain a better understanding of Estate Planning: review of legal documents – Will and Powers of Attorney for both Ontario and Quebec; and Obtain a better understanding of leading a healthier lifestyle
