Legal Registries

The Legal Registries division administers corporate, commercial and land titles laws. The division registers:

  • interests in land recorded on guaranteed land titles;
  • security interests in personal property;
  • corporations, societies, partnerships and co-operative associations;
  • securities such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
