Qikiqtaaluk HR Community Operations Office
The Qikiqtaaluk Regional Human Resources Office is located in the community of Igloolik. We are located in the Tumivut Building.
The Qikiqtaaluk HR Community Operations is responsible for the delivery of the departmental programs and services in the Qikiqtaaluk communities. We provide staffing services, training and development programs, employee relations and job evaluation referrals. We also support the development and implementation of human resources policies and conduct training to upgrade the skill levels of employees working in the regional and decentralized communities.
We serve the following communities in the region:

- Grise Fiord
- Resolute
- Pond Inlet
- Clyde River
- Pangnirtung
