Kivalliq HR Community Operations Office
The Kivalliq Regional Human Resources Office is located in the community of Rankin Inlet. We are located on the main floor of the Ilagiiktut Center (3 storey building across from the blue Public Health building).
The Kivalliq HR Community Operations is responsible for the delivery of the departmental programs and services in the Kivalliq communities. We provide staffing services, training and development programs, employee relations and job evaluation referrals. We also support the development and implementation of human resources policies and conduct training to upgrade the skill levels of employees working in the regional and decentralized communities.
