Kitikmeot HR Community Operations Office
The Kitikmeot Regional Human Resources Office is located in the community of Cambridge Bay. We are located in the Itimak Building at #1 Kamotik Road.
The Kitikmeot HR Community Operations is responsible for the delivery of the departmental programs and services in the Kitikmeot communities. We provide staffing services, training and development programs, employee relations and job evaluation referrals. We also support the development and implementation of human resources policies and conduct training to upgrade the skill levels of employees working in the regional and decentralized communities.
