Policy and Planning The Policy and Planning branch includes Corporate Services, Fiscal Policy, and Financial Policy. Policy and Planning provides administrative and human resource management, provides support to the Office of the Minister, develops the GN’s multi-year fiscal framework, and supports the Crown Agency Council (CAC) in its role of providing advice to Cabinet and the FMB on the governance of public agencies.
