Financial Management The Financial Management branch covers Expenditure Management, Taxation and Risk Management, and Liquor Management. Financial Management provides analysis, assesses requests and provides recommendations to the FMB on financial and economic conditions affecting the government’s fiscal priorities and policies, manages the annual budget development process, manages the territorial tax system, provides tax policy advice, manages the risk management function, and provides administrative support to the Liquor Licensing Board.
