New
Students:
You
must have a bank account to receive FANS benefits. Make sure that
you submit your Bank
Information Form.
Note:
Changing your bank account while you receive FANS can cause delays
in receiving your benefits. Please notify FANS of any changes to
your bank account at least 30 days in advance.
Continuing
Students:
If
you are a FANS sponsored student and will be continuing your studies
next year, make sure that you submit an Application
to Continue at least one month before classes begin.
You must include a copy of your transcript for the academic year
that your just completed.
Because
some banks close accounts that have been inactive for a period,
you will need to submit a new Bank
Information Form. This will ensure that you will have
no unnecessary delays in receiving your benefits.
