Step 4: You will receive a letter
from FANS that will list the benefits you will receive while attending
school. It will also include the procedure that you must follow
if you are traveling out of your home community to go to school.
You must follow this procedure.
Step 5: When you register for
school, make sure that your Student Enrollment Form is filled out
and signed by someone in the registrar's office. Fax it to FANS.
FANS must have this form before it can pay you.
Step 6: Financial Assistance
for Nunavut Students is granted one year at a time. You will need
to fill out a Continuation Form and send it with a copy of your
transcript to FANS if you are continuing with your studies.
