Sport Nunavut is responsible for the promotion and development of amateur sport in Nunavut by delivering programs and services for the development of athletes, coaches, and officials in Nunavut. Sport Nunavut's clients in sport development are registered Territorial Sport Organizations and Nunavut Sport Clubs. Sport Nunavut also coordinates and provides funding for Nunavut's participation in major multi-sport games such as the Arctic Winter Games, Canada Summer and Winter Games, Western Canada Summer Games, and the North American Indigenous Games.
