Nunavut Physical Activity Week is May 20th-27th. Make a change in your lifestyle. Choose an activity you like and do it more often. Every little step helps!
This week, start to get more active. Regular physical activity will relieve stress, help you sleep better, let you relax and give you more energy.
Whether it’s walking, hunting, fishing, dancing, hockey or traditional games, get started- it’s easier than you think! Active living will help us to become stronger, and healthier. This week, the department of Culture, Language, Elders and Youth hopes you “Move to the beat… Share in the rhythm!”
